Dear Rineyville Elementary School Families!
WOW! In the past 24 hours, an overwhelming number of families have rallied behind our effort, sending hundreds of invitations to friends and family. We're so excited to see that expanding home libraries and supporting our teachers is as important to you as it is to us.

There's still time to get in on the fun. That's right: If you didn't have a chance to register and send 10 or more invitations to family and friends, you still have time. Click the link above, don't miss out.
Complete your Treasure Map tonight and your student(s) will be entered to win a Treasure Chest. Drawings start tomorrow!

Dear Rineyville Elementary School Families,
We're teaming up with Books Are Fun and their Book Blast program to help grow our students' home libraries and encourage more reading time over screen time. For more than 30 years, Books Are Fun has helped promote literacy by getting great books into the hands of students.
Today, our students learned about the Book Blast Program and the importance of having their own books at home. Tonight, we are asking you to take 7 minutes to support our Student Home Library initiative.
Here are the steps:
Use the link above.
Register your student(s).
Send invitations to at least 10 friends or family members to support our students (don't worry, all the information you provide is secure and never shared with anyone).

Win a trip to Disney! Our school has been selected for an incredible opportunity! For every supporter who clicks your student's contribution link during Book Blast, you'll earn one entry for a chance to win a trip to Disney! For example, if five different people click the link, your family gets five entries into the drawing!
Why I love this program:
It's guaranteed to put new, age-appropriate books into the hands of every student!
100% of all contributions go toward new books and classroom supplies.
The book list is fantastic! It's attached, check it out.
It will take you less than 10 minutes and there is NO financial requirement from you.
More books in your homes equals more pages being read! That's the goal. We're hoping for 100% participation.

Good Morning Rineyville families! This year our car rider line in the back of school will be from 7:03-7:25 am. After 7:25, the students will need to enter through the front office. They will not be counted late as long as it is between 7:25-7:30. After 7:30, you will need to sign in your child and it will be counted as a tardy. This change is to allow the students more time to get breakfast, get to class, attendance taken, and instruction to start at 7:30. We were having several students arriving at 7:30 or later last year and felt the need for the change. To help and for safety reasons, we would like to remind everyone it is best interest if the child exits the vehicle on the right side. This way they are not on the side of incoming traffic and/or have to cross in front of cars. Thank you for a great start to the 25-26 school year.
We just wanted to share some Back to School 2025-26 sights and sounds with you! It is going to be a great school year! https://youtu.be/6sG0LRIP9L4 #HCSDifferenceMaker

All students will have access to free breakfast and free lunch again this school year. However, each family is still required to complete a Household Income Form to maintain accurate data as a requirement for state and federal funding. You can find the form at this link: https://www.myschoolapps.com/Application
Free lunches are provided through a program called the Community Elgibility Provision (CEP). The continuation of CEP is dependendent on the number of school meals served. We encourage all students to participate in school lunch and school breakfast as much as possible!
